Legal Assistant: Vivian Kuok Ming Koong





Back		   Vivian Kuok graduated from the University of Nottingham UK in 1987 and qualified as a Barrister at Law at Middle Temple in 1988.  She obtained her Masters in Law (Corporate & Commercial Law) from King's College, London in 1990.  Vivian was called to the Singapore Bar in 1994.  She has also worked in London with the United Kingdom Immigration Advisory Service advising on UK immigration law.  She was previously working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 1998 to 2007, as a Non-Admitted Legal Assistant in Harun Idris Yeoh & Partners and as the Office Manager with KY Thong & Co.

Her area of work was in civil litigation and probate.  When Vivian was in Malaysia, she was actively involved with the University of Nottingham Graduates Association (Malaysia) and was the Treasurer from 1999 to 2007. She is familiar with Malaysian law and the Malaysia legal system.
