Back		   Alan Lee graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wales, UK in 1988.  He qualified as a Barrister-at-Law at Middle Temple and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1990. 

Alan joined Rodyk & Davidson in 1990 and in 1994 joined Helen Yeo & Partners and became a Partner in its Real Estate Department in 1996.  In 2002, Alan became a Partner in Rodyk & Davidson following its merger with Helen Yeo & Partners.  He joined as a Director of Genesis Law Corporation in August 2004.

Alan is involved principally in real estate and property transactions.  His areas of practice include advising and representing corporate and individual clients in property development, sale, purchase, mortgage, lease and tenancy of residential and commercial properties and for financial institutions in financing on secured lending.
