Back 		  Kang Bee Leng was previously working in Hong Kong for 31/2 years for the Securities and Futures Commission ("SFC") from 1990 to 1993.  The SFC is the Regulatory Body for the financial markets in Hong Kong.  Her areas of work include compliance / regulatory of the Fund Management Industry in Hong Kong.  In the course of her work, she had to peruse and approve many contracts relating to the marketing of the managed funds in Hong Kong. 

She is also familiar with the Singapore Company's legislation having had previous experience in the incorporation of companies and corporate secretarial work.  Since her return to Singapore in1993, she has been doing mainly conveyancing work, corporate and general solicitors' work, and has 15 years of experience in handling conveyancing work.
