Sterling Law Corporation is a limited liability law corporation incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap.50) and established under the Legal Profession Act (Cap. 161).  The Corporation was formed as a result of a coalition of 3 firms comprising JC Ho & Kang LLC, Leslie Yeo & Associates and Chia Yeo Partnership.  It is our intention to be a multi-disciplinary practice dedicated to providing our clients with a full range of legal services.

We possess expertise in the fields of general civil and criminal litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.  We undertake and advise on real estate and property transactions. including the sale, purchase and lease of properties.  We also undertake and advise on non-contentious corporate advisory and commercial transactional matters.

Sterling Law Corporation is on the panel of United Overseas Bank Ltd, The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, Citibank Singapore Ltd, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank, RHB Bank Berhad, Maybank Berhad, Sing Investments Ltd, Singapura Finance Ltd and Bank Julius Baer & Co Ltd. We have also recently acted for Barclays Bank PLC and ANZ Bank in some property financing and mortgage matters.
